Transformative Change
In Jinja, and in partnership with the Women’s Group in Karamoja, we have provided sewing machines to children and young adults living with disabilities. This initiative equips them with practical vocational skills, nurtures creativity, and creates meaningful opportunities for self-reliance and income generation. By pairing hands-on training with encouragement and community support, we are helping restore confidence, independence, and dignity to individuals who are too often marginalized.
At the same time, we are constructing a new primary school in Jinja to expand access to quality education for underserved children. The school will provide a safe, supportive learning environment where students can develop essential academic and life skills. Here, education goes beyond reading and writing it becomes a foundation for hope, opportunity, and long-term transformation for future generations.
