About the event
The Indo Africa Charitable Society proudly carried out the Camp Karamoja Medical Mission from August 4th to August 13th, 2024, bringing vital healthcare services to remote and underserved communities in the Karamoja region of Uganda. This mission was part of the Society’s ongoing commitment to improving healthcare accessibility and supporting vulnerable populations through direct medical outreach.
A dedicated team of volunteer doctors, healthcare professionals, and support members worked together to provide free medical consultations, treatments, health screenings, and essential medications to hundreds of individuals who otherwise have limited access to healthcare. The mission focused on addressing immediate medical needs while also promoting health education and long-term wellness within the community.
